📢 Lunar New Year Holiday:
Shipping service will experience some delays during Lunar New Year holiday from 5 February 2024 to 18 February 2024. Purchase and customer support services will remain as usual.
We offer international shipping by different couriers which include but not limited to the following:
- DHL, FedEx, UPS: 1 week
- Aramex, EMS, e-Packet: 1-2 weeks
- YunExpress, SF Express, Wanb Express, EWS Express, Airmail: 2-3 weeks
Delay is possible due to unexpected issue such as rising parcel volumes, reduction in flights, customs clearance, local circumstances etc.. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Among the above options, we will choose the most suitable one with an economy fee and reasonable delivery time. If you wish to ship with a specific courier, please contact us.
If further information or action is required from you, the courier may contact you by phone or email. Please keep an eye on the status of the package after it is shipped out.

Please check the Preparation Time of the products first before sending inquiry. It is located under the title at the product page. For preorder products, you will see the estimated release date. For in-stock products, you will see the estimated time needed to get the products ready to ship.
Please read the product page carefully before sending inquiry. Some preorder products may take from weeks to months to manufacture before the release date. Some in-stock products may take longer than usual to prepare depending on the supplier's circumstances. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.
Preorder & Backorder
Preorder and backorder often take longer time to be ready, please place orders separately of in-stock and preorder products.
In general, if you purchased both in-stock and preorder products in the same order, all the products in your order will be shipped together when the preorder products are released. In such case, we may not be able to reserve the in-stock products for your order if they have limited quantity.
We accept preorder and backorder when the supplier confirms to release the product on a specific date. The estimated release date will be stated in the product page.
Any bonus gifts (eg. cafe, purchase events) from the suppliers will be given together with your orders when requirements are met and when stocks are available. Each event or supplier may have different policies. You may contact us for details of the requirements. Please note that bonus gifts are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Products will be carefully protected in bubble wrap and packed with bag, carton or tube when necessary.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Wise.
Duties and Taxes
You may be charged duties and taxes by your country's customs. It is your responsibility to comply with your country's regulations. Please check your country's customs regulations carefully before placing an order.
Your order may be shipped in separate shipments under the conditions including but not limited to:
- Your order has products with stocks from different locations.
- There are pre-order products with release dates a lot later from the rest.
- There are in-stock products with much longer preparation time.
- There are sensitive items (eg. with liquid) that need to be shipped separately.
- The items in your order are too heavy or too big, which makes them unsuitable to ship together.
- You have placed multiple orders with the same shipping address, and there are pre-order items with different release period. We would ship those that are ready first, even if they are in different orders.
The above conditions are for reference only. We would arrange shipments according to actual circumstances. We will not charge any additional shipping fee for separate shipments. If you have questions regarding the arrangements, please contact our support.
